BEFORE SUBMITTING A TICKET

Please gather the following informations before submitting a ticket:

  • the URL of the page with the gallery;
  • errors, warnings and messages, if any;
  • any other useful informations to help me understand the issue;
  • these informations will speed up the entire solving process.

TERMS

  • All support enquires should be replied within three business days.
  • Support is done exclusively in English and Italian.
  • Support can only be provided for unmodified files.
  • Support is only done for bugs / functionality issues of the file. We are not responsible for conflicts with bugged themes or plugins.
  • I prefer a link for front end problems. If it’s a back end problem, I will generally provide means for sending me admin access. Do not worry, hundreds of clients offered me backend access for fixing / seeing the problem on their site and I have not messed anything up.

Support for my items includes: * Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features * Fixing bugs and reported issues * Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions

Item support does not include: * Customization and installation services * Support for third party software and plug-ins
